AGENT BLUE is a 5-piece band based in Kingston , Ontario , Canada .  Since its formation in 1998, the band has been playing high energy and danceable gigs and benefits in Kingston and the surrounding region, and has also been a regular fixture at the annual Limestone City Blues Festival (http://www.kingstonblues.com). Although steeped in the blues, AGENT BLUE also blends this with elements of jazz and rock in a diverse repertoire of original material, plus original arrangments of cover tunes. The band's blues style borrows heavily from such artists as Luther Allison, Downchild, Eric Clapton, Albert Collins, Colin James, B.B. King, and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
